We’re a local Charlotte team, and we built this place in South End because we wanted a raw bar that felt true. Great oysters (from both coasts). Clean seafood. Classic cocktails. Bubbles. A room with warmth and a little noise — the kind that means people are having a good time.
We believe great seafood doesn’t need much done to it. It needs to be fresh, handled the right way, and served by people who care. Our promise is simple: we don’t compromise on quality — in the product, the technique, the cleanliness, or the way we treat you.
Join us for lobster rolls and poke bowls for lunch. Come by for a half-dozen and a martini at happy hour. Or bring your friends for a seafood tower and a bottle of bubbles if you feel like making a night of it.
